Terms of Use
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Dental Radar and your purchase of a location report. Effective August 20, 2026.
Agreement and eligibility
By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is intended for business use in evaluating a possible dental-practice location.
The service
Dental Radar produces location reports for US street addresses and ZIP codes. A report combines demographic, health, employment, business-listing, provider-registry, and mapping data from the sources identified in the report. It includes a web version and a downloadable PDF.
Each purchased report is a snapshot created for that purchase. Its figures reflect the available source data and business listings at the time it is generated. We do not automatically update a purchased report when a source or local market later changes.
Price and payment
A report currently costs $49.99. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged for that purchase. We may change the price for future purchases. Stripe processes payment on its own checkout page; Dental Radar does not receive your full payment-card number.
Delivery and report access
After a successful purchase, we provide a random report link in the browser and send it to the email supplied at checkout. The first opening may take several minutes while the report is generated. The link then opens the same stored report snapshot on later visits.
Anyone with the link can read the report. You are responsible for storing and sharing it appropriately. Save the PDF if you need a copy independent of the website. Contact support if you lose access to a purchased report.
Refunds
If you are not happy with a report or believe something is wrong, reply to your report email or contact support@mydentalradar.com; we'll run a new report or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer. This policy does not limit any non-waivable right available under applicable law.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use a purchased report for your own business evaluation. You may download, print, and share it with lenders, partners, employees, and professional advisors. Keep source credits and other attribution intact.
You may not resell reports, publish purchased reports for general public access, remove attribution, extract or redistribute report data as a competing dataset or product, copy the site’s design or software, or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Prohibited conduct
You may not bypass payment or access controls; scrape or generate reports in bulk; use bots or scripts to access the service without permission; interfere with the site; probe it for vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; evade request limits; or use the service for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. We may suspend or block access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect the service.
Informational use and independent review
Reports are screening tools for business planning. They are not an appraisal, valuation, feasibility study, guarantee of performance, or recommendation to open, buy, sell, lease, finance, or operate a practice. They are not legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical, real-estate, or other professional advice. Purchasing a report does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Verify important findings independently before acting. Local conditions, leases, property characteristics, referral patterns, staffing, financing, and practice operations are outside the report. Consult qualified advisors and inspect the location and competitive field yourself.
We accept no commission, referral, or placement fee from any practice, broker, lender, realtor, supplier, or transition consultant identified or discussed in a report, and hold no interest in any property or practice identified there.
Data and report limitations
Reports rely on third-party data and services we do not control. Census figures are survey estimates; health measures may be modeled; business and provider records can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect; and a practice can open, close, or move after a report is generated. Margins of error, source dates, modeling notes, and citations appear in the report where applicable.
Parts of the written report may be drafted by an AI model from a limited set of computed report figures. Automated checks restrict unsupported numbers, but AI-generated language can still be incomplete or wrong. Read the underlying tables, figures, notes, and sources.
Third-party services
The service uses third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, maps, geocoding, business listings, analytics, bot detection, and AI-generated text. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Maps and other licensed material must retain the attribution displayed with them. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.
Ownership
Dental Radar owns the site, software, report design, original text, name, and logo. Public and licensed source data remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners. Purchasing a report grants the limited use rights above and does not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying datasets.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep purchased report links available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or permanent hosting. Download the PDF if you need a durable copy. We may correct errors in the site or methodology, but a purchased report remains the snapshot generated for that purchase unless you request a rerun.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and reports are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Radar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or business decisions arising from the service or a report. Our total liability for a claim arising from a purchased report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Dental Radar harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the service or these terms may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Minnesota. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a claim in an appropriate small-claims court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms in effect when you purchased a report continue to govern that purchase.
General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Dental Radar concerning the service.
